Was this a new build or an existing building? An extension and upgrade of an existing building.

Did you decide on an air or ground source heat pump? Ground source

What type of heating did you have previously? Oil.

Why did you decide to work with Yres? They came highly recommended from our builder who had worked with them on a previous occasion.

How would you describe working with the people at yres? They are very professional, friendly and will go the extra mile to explain all the technical aspects of this type of heating system and the scheme.

Are you satisfied with the installation? Very.  Such a careful and dedicated installation team.  One of the neatest jobs you will ever see.

Does the heat pump deliver what you expected? Although ours has not been running for the full year, it is looking like we are going to be making some big savings on our energy bills.

Would you recommend yres to others? Yes.

Any other comments you would like to share? These guys are good at what they do and because of planning issues, the project took  longer to complete, causing disruption to their schedule.  Despite all this, they arrived when they said they would and completed all their works on time.
